Now to make the second frame border.

Make sure your "Preset Shapes Tool" is still set at "Rounded Rectangle, only this time set the Line Width to 5.

Step 9.  Place your cursor at coordinates 35,35 and draw out to coordinates 595 and down to 365.  You image should now look like this.

Step 10.   Click on the Magic Wand tool again, using the same settings, and click on the frame border you just made.

Step 11.   Now go to Effects/Super BladePro (the last plugin you used will always be shown right above the "Plugins" title under "Effects"), so you don't have to go to the "plugins" to select it again. When the BladePro window opens just click "OK", because it will still be set with the Pitted Gold setting.

Now your middle frame border is filled with the Pitted Gold as well.

Save your work.

Step 12.  Repeat step 9, only this time use these coordinates:
Start at coordinates 45,45 and draw out to coordinate 585 and down to coordinate 355.

Step 13.  Now repeat Step 10.  You should now have the marching ants around your frame border.

Step 14.  Repeat step 11. Then right click on your image to deselect it.

Your frame border image should now look like this:

Step 15.  Now we need to add a drop shadow to our finished frame.

Step 16.  Go to Image/Drop Shadow, using these settings:

Save your frame border as "GoldFrameBorder.psp". Saving it as a psp format will allow you to use it with any other set you make. You can just add whatever colored background and images you want.

Now to add our image. There's no set position to place your images on the frame....where you place your images is strictly up to you.

Step 17.  Open the "Angel" that you downloaded or any other transparent image you want to use.

Step 18.  We need to resize the angel so that it fits the frame border. Go to Edit/Resize, using these settings:  (If you are using another image, you will have to play with your image until you get it the size you want).

Step 19. With your angel image selected go to "Edit/Copy.

Step 20. Make your frame border image active, by clicking on it.

Step 21. Go to Edit/Paste/As New Layer. The angel image is now on the frame border image.

Step 22. Place your cursor over the angel and place it anywhere on the frame border that you like. I placed mine here:

Step 23. Now we need to add a drop shadow to the angel. Go to Effects/Drop Shadow, using these settings.
